My whereabouts:August 6-13

My fingers are really at its most pulsating state as I was digging up the keyboard to write what my mind speaks. Wheew, I was out in nowhere; no updates, no news whatsoever for the past two weeks. I couldn't find a thing to reason out for such irresponsible action. Yah, I'm using the internet everyday and I'm damned too lazy to update my site. Enough. I'm so sorry for being too lazy for not doing so.

August 6: Too busy, really. I was such in hysteria this day. My mind is blowing for the stupid things transpiring. We are actually celebrating our college day and yours truly was one of the in-charge in the said occasion. The celebration started with an opening ceremony and guess what happened? Without prior notice from the electric company, a power interruption really disturbed the program. And without a plan B to carry on, we just continued with what we have. The declaration of the opening of the CAS-EDyahan 2004 was done in such a way that our Dean shouted at the top of her voice just to maintain the momentum. After one hour, the electricity came back with us so damned frustrated we really thought we were sabotage. The games pushed through as scheduled. In the afternoon, the academic contest was done and the Political Science Society won the event. After which the Singing Contest followed. This was won by the College of Education. The whole day affair was so exhausting. We were so fortunate that we have the faculty backing us up in our every move. We ended cleaning up together the mess, preparing for the highlight of the occasion: the beauty pageant and the socio-cultural night. Due to too much hardwork, I almost forgot that I am one of the emcee for the said event. The moment came and fortunately, all things went as it was expected. The activity ended at 11:30 pm. I went home and laid to bed without undressing and washing. I woke up the other day at 12 noon. It was worst.

August 7: I woke up at 12 noon. I'm so hungry. I had to get out and buy some food. Then, I continued my journey to the dreamland. Snore...Ngork..ngork...

August 8: Sunday. Supposed to be a day of recreation. I went to school to clean up our office because I was due to do so on that day. I disassembled our pc and brought them out of the office. I really cleaned hard. It feels great after all. From an urban jungle, I transformed our office into a real office.

August 9-10: These days were spent by preparing reports and evaluations for the just concluded CAS-EDyahan 2004. I thought my task has ended last friday. Instead of listening to the instructor, I was drafting an official report of the whole event. And also financial reports, really head-shattering. When I was about to submit it, I almost forgot to affix my signature.

August 11-13: No classes in these days. The entire school administrators, staff and personnel were having their annual retreat at Davao City. At last, I have all the time to idle around and do some stuff and chores as well. My mind was really loaded with baggages with last week's activity. For the consolation, I relaxed and hanged out with friends in my place. We played Diable, Warcraft and watched some great movies. Movies again. Speaking of that, we watched I Will Survive. Pure kalokohan. The School of Rock really rocks.

As I am wrapping up this chronicle, I wish to find some cure for my aching bod.
