Six months of pure studying and working in the org made me so hooked on them I nearly had time for myself. So to give myself a break from all of these crap (?), a homecoming is but a fitting and proper reward I can give to myself after working like hell in those fields.
I just bought my ticket a few hours ago and I am off to Manila tomorrow. And for the nth time, sasakay na naman ako ng Superferry. Pamahal ng mahal na kasi ang tiket ng plane ngayon, I guess its because of the Oil Deregulation Law, wala ng magagawa ang gov't kung taasan man ng mga private oil firms ang presyo ng crude oil. I paid P2,160, with meals na po yan, that's already their cheapest.
And yes, I will embark on a new endeavor tomorrow at 8am, which is travelling, one of my favorite things to do. In travelling, of course aside from sightseeings, you will get to learn fresh insights from your co-travellers or just by observing them do their own thing. Getting to meet new faces and personalities, strange people at that, adds to the excitement of travelling.
However, one thing I hate about travelling is that you will have to bring and carry big, bulky and heavy baggages and pasalubong. At pagdating mo naman sa pier, sandamak-mak ng porter ang gustong magbitbit ng bagahe mo. At ang mahal pa ha! On that point, wala na siguro akong magagawa. I guess that is one of attributes of travelling, kailangan talaga. Kahit ganoon, the fun of travelling is undeniable!
Excited na talaga ang lolo niyo bukas!
