Kuripot Si Mayor!

In order to suffice our meager fund for the convention, we resolved to seek financial assistance from those we think can help us out augment our budget. So we listed possible names--philanthropists, business tycoons and politicos, siyempre... And because christmas is already in the air, magbibigay sila. The mayor of this midsized city is one we sought for financial assistance. Last week we gave a solicitation letter to him.

Hoping that he can give us big amount, siyempre kilala siya bilang galante sa lugar namin, we anticipated that they would give us enough cash, mga around P5,000. And we went to claim what was supposed to be a godsend for us.

Walking around the city hall, esp the Mayor's Office , i beamed in awe towards the superbly crafter ceilings, walls and decorations hanged that gave the office the much needed look it should have. Maraming pera pala ang city gov't para makapagprovide ng ganitong facilities.

Tumatiginting na P500 po ang aming natanggap mula sa bulsa ng gobyerno! Nakakatuwang nakakainis talaga. Wala akong masabi sa ngayon. Basta isa ang aking conclusion, naubos ang pondo ng gobyerno dahil sa eleksyon slash nagpaHong KOng ang buong pamilya slash saksakan ng kuripot si mayor!
